I joined Secto in 2018 on the Telecoms Electrical team. I found the mobile side of the company very interesting and enjoyed traveling to all corners of the country. The beauty of being on the mobile team is getting to see many parts of Ireland. In 2020 I returned to be part of the Technical Services team, where I am part of the electrical commissioning team. The most enjoyable part of my role is training new starts up to the standards expected.
I joined Secto in 2020 after being on maternity leave for over a year. Their work-life balance and family-friendly values are what really attracted me. Working with Seco has shown me that being a good team player and having a positive attitude does not go unnoticed. I began my career in the Finance department and gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of the company in this role. I have recently moved into project administration as this is the area Secto felt I would excel in.
I’ve been with Secto for over four years. Secto has helped and supported my career development within this time. I’ve worked across multiple programmes of work which has helped me gain knowledge of different areas of the organization. I enjoy my current role as a Project Manager in the fixed line department as the team shares the same vision and everyone supports each other to achieve their goals. Secto is growing, and it is good to be a part of the journey.
