Safety and Wellness Week

Secto holds its annual Safety and Wellness week in September. It is an jam-packed week, with events ranging from Safety workshops, wellness initiatives and toolbox talks. Some of the safety workshops include Emergency Preparedness, Driver Awareness, Working at Heights and Quality.

We also like to focus in on mental health and wellbeing by organising sessions with Lighthouse, a charity that provides financial and emotional support to the construction community and their families. Sessions cover mediation, having a work/life balance and resilience.
