DESIGN

• Survey
• Initial Design & Structural Survey
• Detailed Design
• Build Collaboration
• Post Construction Documentation (ABDs, H&S, Handover Packs)

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING (including Decommissioning)

• Numerous indoor/outdoor across 800/900/1800/2100 bands
• Installation of antenna line Equipment, supporting structures, cable management, earthling, power
• Swap and install new BTS
• BTS integration including trouble shooting
• Decommissioning and removal of existing BTS, feeder line, antennas, mounts
• Installation of additional Huawei cabinets/racks to support base station, power or transmission equipment. Includes installation and testing of external alarm
• Commissioning of a site is completed including script delivery at the local end, license activation, software loading and call testing using Huawei WDT system (Process through Wireless Development Tool).
• Huawei Smart QC report submission using Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP)
• Provision of lifting equipment including cranes, MEWP, HIAB, cherry pickers, including traffic management

ACCEPTANCE

• Provision of site acceptance documentation including post construction documentation
