NEW DEVELOPMENTS – FTTH

• Currently the main provider to Eir for all new developments based on quality of work provided.
• Scope includes build, splice and test new housing estates on Eir’s network, including all additional civils requirements.
• Scope also includes greenfield MDU build and materials management.
• 12,500 homes delivered in 2020 and Secto will be the exclusive provider to Eir from mid 2021.

MDU SURVEY, DESIGN & BUILD

• Scope includes the survey, design, wayleave and build of brownfield MDU for a retro fit solution.
• Comprehensive survey includes fibre allocations, cable and equipment locations and fire regulation compliance.
• All wayleave activity is the responsibility of Secto.
• Build scope includes build, re-work of existing network if needed and test back to ODF.
