Survey
Secto will deliver full surveys optimised to clients’ needs, using modern technologies such as scans, drones or ultrasonic survey. All surveys are stored within a standardised BIM environment.
Initial design and structural survey
This step demonstrates the proposed solution at optimum cost, and includes structural assessments based on survey information. Easy to update when design requirements change.
Detailed design and build collaboration
Secto ensures detailed design is a complete package, including construction drawings and health and safety files.We ensure In-house collaboration between the design and build team.
Post-construction documentation
Build acceptance, as built drawing, health and safety files and handover packs, which may include digital or 2D drawings for future maintenance.
