Secto Services Steps Challenge came to an end in February 2022. It was a great success with plenty of office and field staff getting involved. A walk or any exercise can help to clear the head. Walking has been proven to have a positive effect on our mental health too, especially if we get out into green spaces to do it. Walking can increase feelings of self-esteem, improve mood, and reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Hopefully we can keep up the momentum and continue to get out there getting those steps in each day.
