Secto James Dowling Core Value Awards 2024

🔑 At Secto, our Core Values are the cornerstone of what we stand for as a business. They represent us, our people, and our culture. In 2023, we were proud to re-launch the “James Dowling Core Value Awards” in memory of former Secto employee James Dowling, who embodied our values and lived them every single day.

This year, the Value Awards have returned, and we are delighted to announce our first two winners of the “Safety” and “Excellence” awards:

✅ Cormac Brady: Cormac has been a Civils Operative on the NBI Project since October 2022 and since joining Secto he has led by example in health and safety compliance and attitude. Each audit that the H&S team has completed with Cormac has been excellent, with special mention being given to the high standard of site set up , PPE, and traffic management. Safety is our number one value and Cormac’s work is a great example of this.

✅ Pasat Valentin: Pasat joined Secto in 2021 and is our Technical Delivery Manager on the NBI Project. He is an employee who drives the excellence value and ensures others around him do the same. His ability to solve problems and keep pushing forward is a great example of the attitude that should be adapted by all Secto employees.
