Safety & Wellness Week 2025

🌟 Safety & Wellness Week 2025 – Staff Conference Highlights 🌟

On Friday 7th November, we were delighted to host our second annual Safety & Wellness Week Staff Conference. It was an incredible way to bring our week to a close at the beautiful Kilashee House Hotel in Naas.

Bringing together colleagues from across the business, the day centred on our two core themes:

🦺 Safety Starts with You – reinforcing that every action, every choice, and every task matters.

💬 Talk, Think, Thrive – reminding us that wellbeing grows through connection, conversation and awareness.

We were proud to host a mix of outstanding internal and external speakers who delivered meaningful, practical and thought-provoking insights across both safety and wellness. A huge thank you to:

👏 NINA – and in particular Pat O’Sullivan & Jean Haas for their powerful contribution. Together they both do excellent work in raising mental health awareness and supporting families, loved ones and anyone who has been impacted by mental health.

👏 Deirdre Sinnott from the Road Safety Authority for an impactful and timely safety message on how important it is to be vigilant on our roads at all times.

👏 And our special guest speaker, Damian Browne – for an unforgettable session on resilience, mindset and pushing beyond perceived limits from one of the world’s most extraordinary adventurers. He gave us great insights and takeaways on how to cope with stressful situations in our lives and find a way through.

Across the day, the energy in the room reflected what this week is really about: empowering our people to think safe, work safe and look after one another — physically and mentally.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in putting this conference together, and who made the wider Safety & Wellness Week, such a success.

Together, we continue to build a healthier, safer and stronger workplace — Better Together. 💚
