Connor Flanagan


Connor’s background is in engineering services and aviation maintenance. He trained as an Instrumentation Technician in 1989 and worked for most of his career with Lotusworks in Sligo, where he became MD of the Irish business. He completed an MBA in NUI Galway in 2012.

In 2015, he joined Atlantic Aviation Group at Shannon Airport as CEO and spent 2 years there. He successfully rebuilt the management team, the internal processes and structure and developed a sense of ambition to revive profitability and financial stability. Connor invested in and joined Secto as CEO in August 2017.

Ciaran Martin

Declan Hennessy


Declan has a background in Instrumentation and controls and has vast experience in automation, controls and commissioning. Declan spent over 20 years in Manufacturing industries providing technical services.

He is a highly experienced manager with over 25 years industry experience and has held many senior positions in his career to date. These include Project management, client site management as well as team supervision roles. He has managed and executed numerous complex mobilisation plans for start-up, Infrastructure builds and sustaining contracts. He joined Secto in September 2017.

Shane Scanlan


Shane is a qualified Chartered Accountant.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University College Cork, as well as the completion of a Strategic Business Evaluation programme with Harvard Business School Executive Education. Shane has over 10 years of experience working in Senior Finance Roles in Retail, Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecoms and IT Industries.

Shane’s previous roles have seen him gain experience in both the United States and Europe. These senior roles have encompassed cross Atlantic acquisitions, divisional scale ups, strategic direction analysis and risk mitigation. Shane has amassed a wealth of experience in analysing underlying drivers of financial performance and subsequently focusing the business on tangible actions to hit its immediate and long-term strategic and financial objectives.

Martin Tracey

Managing Director

Martin has over 25 years of commercial and industrial experience which includes almost 14 years of managing his own business within electrical engineering and maintenance service.

He has developed his career through experience in general and operational management of Facilities Management Companies. His commercial awareness and ability to understand the client’s needs and reflect these needs through an appropriate service offering is second to none.

He has more recently returned to Ireland after a number of years in the UK where he headed up a UK business portfolio in excess of £30M in facility service contracts. He is currently responsible for the development of managed services throughout Ireland and the UK for Secto Services.

Audrey Darcy

Chief Commercial Officer

Audrey has a wealth of commercial, sales and operational experience across a number of industries including Aviation, Telecoms and IT for bluechip companies such as Ericsson, Microsoft and Rolls-Royce.

With over 15 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry working for Ericsson and more recently with Actavo as their Business Development Director for Ireland, Audrey brings strong contractual and commercial acumen and industry knowledge to our telecoms business with the aim of a continued profitable growth trajectory.

Kieran Supple

Operations Director

With over 10 years track record of successfully implementing complex system solutions to meet business needs in multiple companies both national and international, Kieran manages all of Secto systems to ensure we are working towards maximising our outputs as efficiently as possible.

His qualifications include a Bs(Hons) in Applied Computing, SAP ERP; he is CCNA qualified and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Kieran completed his MBA in 2012.

Sarah Arthurs

HR Director

With over 20 years of experience across multiple industries including financial services and construction, Sarah has provided senior HR support to companies across all elements of the HR field.

She specialises in cultural development and ensuring that any HR initiatives implemented are aligned to the vision and strategy, adding value to the bottom line. Her qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an HRM diploma.

Maureen Horgan

Head of Finance

Maureen is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and her qualifications include a BComm. She has 12 years of experience working in Senior Finance Roles in the Telecoms and IT Industries.

Prior to that, she worked for 8 years in the property sector and private practice. Maureen has a wealth of knowledge and multi-industry experience in reporting and analyzing results to focus the business on its immediate and long-term priorities and goals.

Rachel Greville

Commercial Director

Rachel is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

She has over 17 years’ experience working within the telecoms industry including roles in general finance, leadership roles and supporting Operations & Sales teams in the delivery of major mobile Infrastructure rollouts.

Ciaran Flaherty

Head of Fixed Line Services

Ciaran has 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry in both domestic and international markets, including HFC and FTTB rollouts in the Caribbean in 2014.

Extensive field and management experience of In-home installations, network survey, design & build and maintenance programs gives him a full understanding of fixed line telecoms delivery at all stages. In his current role, Ciaran is responsible for delivery of all fixed line activity within Secto telecoms.

Thomas Jenkinson

Head of Mobile Planned and Reactive

Thomas is an experienced Operations Director with a successful track record of delivering complex accounts, projects and contracts on behalf of internationally recognised brands.

Thomas brings strong leadership, communication, financial acumen and people development skills with an ability to build good rapport with employees and clients. Thomas has an MBA and a degree in Marketing. Thomas has also studied Psychology and was trained as a Mental Health first aid trainer.

Kevin Downes

SHEQ Manager

Kevin has a background in the construction, modular building and events industry and has spent over 14 years working in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Services.

He is an experienced manager and has worked in the UK Rail & Aviation sectors for a number of years. He has invaluable experience in the best industry standards with regard to Health & Safety.

He has managed numerous large complex projects across Ireland and the UK while ensuring that client requirements are maintained to the highest standards. He joined Secto in April 2018.

Mauricio Montano

Mobile Projects Manager

Mauricio has over 10 years experience in project management in the telecoms industry. He has managed several mobile build rollouts, including civil, rigging, telecom equipment and electric installation projects delivered for large carriers in countries across the South Pacific and South America.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Production Engineering, an MBA and he is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
